Floyd,

So based on that SEC action and thus your conclusion that CYBR was a fraud, what's the story with Tony? DOJ conviction, prior convictions for fraud, attempting to flee the country on a fake passport....

On that same note, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Bank of NY, Pershing, Knight Securities, and the list go on...all have NASD and SEC actions against them. Didn't Jimmy Cramer run into some problems awhile back for pumping stocks in his own book without disclosure?

You see Floyd, it is deceptive at time to paint such a wide brush on a complicated matter. Is every driver that gets a speeding ticket a bad driver? I think I can name a few respected CEO's that have a few blemishes. I think you too may have some although I suspect you look at them under a different light.
