You are making my argument for me. China's energy consumption and production of pollution will only grow worse as their population becomes richer and starts wanting air conditioning and automibiles for themselves. They are not better caretakers of the earth than we are, they just cannot afford to be as profligate....yet. When they can, lets see what choices they make.
