The Generals are now opposing Bush-Cheney-Rumsfield in greater numbers. Don't forget the ones on-duty aren't allowed to speak out as much as they'd like to, so they use Jack Murtha was their mouthpiece. But today one of the Army's top generals in Iraq, who just retired, says Rumsfield ought to step down.

This flies in the face of Bush's phony claim that he takes his advice from the generals on the ground.

If you listen to what the general is saying, he's politely calling Bush, Cheney and Rumsfield all big fat, inept liars.

So you think we'll see troops withdrawn in significant numbers by October?
