Let me see if I can help show you what a scam this operation is? First you have three companies merging into one. All three are shells with no working cash whatsoever? They all have a history of name changes and reverse splits and selling shares to pay for their salaries and operations. Ilgy and Mggl both have the same address, ( just go to pink sheets and look) IGLY did two revese splits of 1000 for 1 in less than a year! MGGL did a reverse split of 1000 for 1 last year. TWOG has a 400 for 1 reverse splits in its history and this latest reverse split scheme you will end up with a restricted share after the dividend exchange that you can't sell.
