Yes, I think so. Intel's warning implies shipments declined by ~3m platforms ($900m / $300 each), which means ~3m processors.

However, looks like computer sales are higher than a year ago, when Intel revenue was higher than Intel guided for q1 '06.

So if these chips did not come from AMD, nor from Intel's q1 revenue. They had to come out of channel or OEM inventory.
