That article really lays out the meat of the open borders debate. The same democrats that thwart efforts to stop voter fraud in democrat concentrated cities now see a throng of illegal immigration and see them as future democrat voters.

What message does currying favor with people who are law breakers and promising to change the law to wipe out their particular crime send to Americans, and to the world? IMHO it sends the same kind of message that voting to legalize perjury sent.

She is totally correct....and most Americans feel that way as well, IMO. But our Government leaders need to pay attention...

It's not all about who gets what vote, it's about continuing a system of laws that has allowed America to become, among many other things, a place immigrants want to come to. And it's about admitting immigrants in a coherent, orderly, legal manner, with an eye first to what America needs. That's how you continue a good thing, which is what we've had. That's how you leave Americans who've been here for a while grateful for immigration, and immigrants, and loving them, and even wanting, sometimes, to kiss their hands.

I'm Irish, so of course I have an open heart, but our country must have laws and rules, and letting everyone flood our borders is taking away another's right to enter..
