I have had some invested in energy for a couple years, and have some nice gains on it. I recently bought some HAL on a dip and now have a small gain on it. My current target is VLO, but it seems to be always going up. If you like dividends, SJT has kicked out a nice income stream in the past. Recent changes cause some concern for the future, but they have not materialized to date. CHK has done well in the relatively short time in my portfolio.
