They are fascinating. You get to find out about all the ways remarks or actions you might think are innoccuous can get interpreted by other groups. You do role playing; you read articles; you have a motivational speaker who will encourage you to change your non PC ways. Many people find it annoying- and sometimes whole companies make everyone do it- but I think the programs are interesting.

Conservative blacks and jews are fair game for the bigots of the left. They can get away with bigotry because they think they are on the right side of history. Asshole should have been fired on the spot. Imagine the outcry if he said this about Jesse Jackson or even Louie Farakan.
