It is obvious to all who are honest and not suffering from some mental defect that wilson was a liar, a dumb liar and clearly not at all a competent person for the job. How he was selected is a minor point of information. It was not a selection based on any merit. The NIE information stands alone in showing wilson the liar and incompetent. That his wife sent him is secondary, but a minor piece of filling in the how of lying joe's trip. The facts on the yellowcake issue stand alone and show wilson the liar. His wife sending him does not make wilson a liar and is not really important to wilson being a liar. Sec Dev is an IIaDC.
