ANY employees who "just leave" their jobs to do any personal business, without taking leave, without taking vacation, without telling or clearing it with their supervisor ahead of time, should get fired, IMO.

I guess I should be fired then.

have they been americanized? forgot why they work and i assume they figure the employer owes them. Listening to some of the head talkers on shows employers should be great full these people are here.

If you have customers waiting for orders and some may result in the shut down of the customer business without prompt arrival of your shipment and your people walk out because of lack of concern over the customer's problem...

dam right they should be fired.
