Setting up a corporation and getting a tax ID is not "breaking the law."

Being here in the first place is breaking the law.

But, if you're here and you aren't planning on leaving, this is a way to pay taxes and not get in that trouble, at least.

The IRS already gives tax ID numbers (TINs) to illegals. I guess you would say that the IRS is breaking the law? But Uncle Sam wants your tax money whether you're otherwise breaking the law or not.
