If indicted, any congressman should be tossed out regardless of party. Indictments are too easy to get.....I don't think that would be fair.... ------------- I should have made it clearer that the voters should do the tossing. We, as voters, need to let all participants in government know that we expect high standards of conduct. Having said that..I understand indictments can be sometimes petty or purely political, but that too can be sorted out by the voters. Delay almost gave that a chance to happen.
