I think you'll find that patent sharing agreement to be one-way.

It may look, on surface, that it is only Intel using AMD patents (as far as the big one, AMD64) there are 10s or 100s of other less visible patents that neither company has to design around, so it is definitely 2 way.

Also, Intel won't adopt HTT b/c it isn't robust enough. CSI will be very robust

I am looking forward to your explanation of how CSI is (going to be) more robust than HTT.
