That makes sense. There was someone on IHub who kept claiming he bought or sold the "fat fingered" trades, a claim I found quite preposterous given the way the pink market operates. Yes, the MM's can grab shares. On exchanges and ECN's, there are typically ways to challenge an eroneous transaction or obvious mistake. Not sure if there is on pinksheeters, but the underlying principle is basically one of "mutual mistake" being the grounds for cancelling a contractual result. Perhaps there is something on pinksheets.com that explains their process if there is an obvious mistake.
