I like the single wheel idea. Like a unicycle but much, much easier as no forward backward balance would be needed. Just a slight forward roll and it would be as easy to balance as a bicycle. Anyone can do that.

I think most people would fall on their ass, Mq. Looks like a great way to go for a skate boarder. We have a lot of tourists riding them here in Waikiki. They require helmets on them when they rent them.
