Gosh, if you own dpi at $5, Infinity might
be your best way out of that hole. It isn't
as if a deal came unexpectedly--they said
a number of times they wanted to move up
the value chain. The majority of shares are
in strong hands anyway, it is as good as a
done deal. If nerves shake out more common
shareholders, fine by me.

The volume fall off could have been in
anticipation of the the long weekend.
There should be increasing volume as
the microcap value funds transfer shares
to their respective family speculative
growth funds. I can imagine that sort of
trading is done while the stock is kept level
or even forced down a tad.
