You apparently don't undestand the difference between science and philosophy. The "problem of evil (or imperfection)" is a philosophical / theological issue, not a scientific one. Scientifically, you can't even specify what is "perfect". The concept is inherently subjective. Also, your discussion involves theological assumptions on your part you are not even aware of. There are many schools of theology and philosophy you are probably not even aware of.
