Israel will not sit idly by and Bush will not let them act alone. What I wonder about is how the president of Iran figures he can wipe out Israel with a nuclear blast without doing the same to the Pal's.

IMHO because of the POLITICIANS in this country weakening the Administratrion in a time of not only War but extreme world danger, whether you are correct or not I bet the Iranians BELIEVE you are correct. And, in the end, that is what counts. Imagin what a different world it would be if the American Public were STRONGLY behind Bush as they were soon after 9/11 and Bush told the Iranians "this will not stand". The dumbass media and overly ambitious politicians may very well CAUSE the nuclear conflagation we all would like to avoid. jdn
