IMO-In the future transportation won't matter as much. When they build ethanol plants along the East Coast!

Yes- it will take some time for them to get there and get open, but I see it happening in big East Coast States.

Hi Patrick,

The pipelines must be purged and then I believe it gets cheap.

In reality they ship gas every where so a blend cannot be that big differential.

With crude at an 8 year high inventory level and demand growing at 1 1/2 % per year - it is a fairly good balance.

With that in mind and crude at levels that occurred after Katrina - my bet is the downside has the volatility to worry about.
