Again, you disingenuously misconstrue me --I've always claimed that Europe struggles to remain a multicultural WHITE monolith whereas the US struggles to remain a multiracial monoculture... Although there's deep-rooted racism in the US South, overall, the US is best characterized as "culturally racist". Today, Americans feel increasingly upset by Latino immigration not so much because Hispanic immigrants look different from the average white American as because the US's white monoculture itself is threatened by a swelling immigration....
