hmm thats interesting, how long have you lived in the bay area? That area right next to Hyatt Rickeys has always been the absolute most undesirable location and condos always seem to go in there. Right next door to hyatt rickeys is this other condo comlex (north)- built in the early 80s or something when I was in high school. They had the hardest time selling those. then in 92 there was this half finished condo complex right up the street on el camino behind a car dealership and what used to be the prime rib inn.

The point being condos in Mtn View PA right there on el camino tend to mark the top.

I had to go to the great mall today and I saw about 3 or 4 guys waving signs for new complexes out there. That area and tracy etc are where the really big DHI projects are going, they are single family and expensive. I think they are going to have a hard time selling those.

You are just looking at the very desirable locations I think. The further out, the weaker it gets.
