My point is rightwing hypocrisy. They demonize Kennedy who made a terrible blunder at Chappaquiddick, though completely accidental and not what they claim it was. And they give Laura Bush a pass even though in her case the vehicular manslaughter is much more suspicious. Of course she was just a teenagers, but sometimes teenagers do crazy things when they're in love. The rumor is that Laura had a crush on the boy she killed but he was with another girl. (ouch) So everytime the rightwing demonizes Kennedy (notice they have to go back 35 years to find a target) I bring up Laura Bush.
