No. Intel will likely have GM of 55%-57%.

No. The two items you cited are only part of the equation whose result is gross margin. There are other factors.

Regarding "much higher pricing structure", can you give examples ? I already posted a price list from Tiger direct showing Intel prices to be lower in the low end and lower in the high end.
