To adjust to the new realities, Intel needs a major restructuring, not just simply changing around a few people. We haven't seen that yet.

You ain't seen nothing yet, IMO. If Conroe does not work to reestablish the monopoly and the architecture redesign due in 2008 doesn't do it either, I expect Intel to resort to a complete reorg. And, that would not be good for AMD. I don't expect Intel to sit back and watch a duopoly happen, do you?
