The black market is a dirty form of capitalism because it interferes with group units of organization which achieve otherwise unattainable economies of scale. Who then does "own" the land? Only the state owns land. Individuals only rent the land from the state. All land is thus almost worthless. Would you consider the recent supreme court ruling allowing eminate domain for private enterprise benefit then be be moving closer to capitalism? Nothing the Supreme Court does moves the nation towards capitalism. All its decisions move the nation towards socialism because the decisions have social interaction as their primary determinant.
