hey donpat - Asstrom seems to think he's better off making a few hundred thousand by dumping shares. I think it's stupid and reckless as one day it will catch up with him.

In fact, if I were he, I'd be buying back as many shares as possible to get this back to a point where he doesn't have to answer nasty questions like the ones you posed.

In terms of fiduciary duties to shareholders, I look at what it costs to raise a million bucks at .01 - 10 million shares vs. dumping at .0001 - billion shares - as, inter alia, breaching those fiduciary duties, particularly where he's claiming he has all those huge PR'd revenue streams coming on line soon.
