I sold California real estate in 1998, reentered another property at less than half and then sold again in 2001. I think you were darn close to last call whereas I was awfully early, twice! I won't sell as early this time, I hope.

i just offloaded california real estate, Now Elroy is mad at you! Why would you go do something silly like that? How are you going to come stay in wine country and schmooze with all the hollywood stars now? Where else can you see the foriegn born governator schwarzanegger get pissed about the foreign born mexicans marching on his state? You have just sold your front row ticket to the greatest show on earth! For what!? So you can look at shiny metal instead - HAHA!
