It is relatively easy to obtain a fake birth certificate - see the movie "Day of the Jackal". To properly validate it, u gotta match it against death records.

So what is the all knowing Gregoire talking about? She was attorney General for WA state and should at least understand SS rules. She's such a phoney...and so are the rest of the critics.

Doesn't matter though........Bush signed it into law.....and I have no doubt that it will work as well as the bureaucracy allows.
