Thanks. It is an amazing time. And I am not trying to determine whether to add her to my COBRA (which covers 100% of costs but with high premia and which I am cancelling for myself) or to my new self-bought insurance (free for her premia but with same high deductible as I pay for myself). Either way, full insurance US-style ends up costing $400-500 USD per month per person. I could have bought Asia only coverage for 1/3 or so this amount but with lower per incident/lifetime caps and with treatment in US not covered.
