The US is getting ready with a national plan to deal with a possible bird flu outbreak that would include emergency response measures such as ways to deal with clogging of the internet and permitting foreign countries to print American currency. hindu.com I suspect that the plan to "unclog" the internet will be to cut off access to anyone who bad-mouthes the administration. They may even be planning some sort of martial law - takeover and want to make sure than nobody else can communicate. It might be a good idea to get ahold of a shortwave radio and generator just to hide away from Cheney. TP
