Anyone that supplies mining companies with such equipment.

BUCY makes electric shovels and drag lines for surface mining. Possibly drilling machines for blasting. They plan an expansion that will tripple their output of these items by mid 2007.

JOYG makes equipment too. I think it may be mainly for underground mining and coal mining.
