Might depend on where you are? USPS thefts seem to be local. Around here, DC and PG county are notorious for thefts, PG more than DC.

i was getting dvd's you couldn't run or scratched. when i started with netflex you could confirm shipment of return on line and they would release the next ones to you. of course they only had one warehouse at the time on the west coast and i was east coast. then they wouldn't ship until they got it back. then they would hold all release if not available for another day or two rather than just release the next one in que. then we had the postage scare and all postage slowed down. i dropped them at that time. it was almost impossible to do business with them any longer. now i understand they have several shipping locations in fact one in a two a few miles from me.
