You reason “the inclination of the heart of man is bad from his youth up” so therefore doing good is a choice not a part of our being (soul). Though I agree with part of that thought doesn’t that make the converse also true? This innate urge to go against our own imperfections shows sub consciously we are good also? <If your definition of evil is selfish then we are all evil> This would all depend on your definition of selfish. Everything is relative so selfish and selfless have to be defined properly. In your opinion if a man gives his life for another or a parent gives up a life of luxury to properly raise their children were they motivated by selfish reasons? Possibly in both situations they both knew they couldn’t live with themselves if they didn’t react in that particular way, thus they acted selfishly. Or were their actions completely selfless? <We are much more than our subconscious.> True <delusional people are no different from a subconscious standpoint than you or I.> How do you know this? Maybe delusion resides in our sub consciousness. Maybe us disillusioned ones are the delusional and one of our many subconscious centers doesn’t allow us to realize it. Maybe we are all simply good and bad, depending on our own choosing which path we will ultimately follow. I could have misunderstood but according to your theory humans although accountable, should not be blamed for their bad actions because they were simply drawn that way.
