Sure, if you aspire to be a relatively poor country. As for China, they have more educated people than we have people, they value education and they are investing heavily in improving their educational standards while we squander what was once a source of our competitive advantage. Long, long after the housing bubble has become a footnote to our economic history, the legacy of our uneducated poor will live on as a burden on our society.

isin't that only while there is spare money around to buy fast food for whiny kids and while there is spare money around to purchase second houses - so we need unskilled guys to lift things to help build those houses ?

oh yeah, i'm still wondering how Japan and S. Korea interfered with N. Korea...have you found some info for me ?
