Clinton actively tried to kill Osama Bin Lauden. Unlike Bush. Cliton fired some 150 Cruise Missiles at Osama's camps, directed by satellite imagery. Several times they thought they'd gotten him but Osama (very smart fugitive trainedn by the CIA) always kept moving. Yugoslavia is a major success story, pal. Clinton did the right thing taking out Milosovic. And didn't lose a single US soldier in the process. If you're refering to Kosovo, that's only a small part of the country. And you're a whopper of a hypcrite talking about the drug trade considering what's happening in Afghanistan.
