I started corresponding with him on some RE boards over the past few years. Also bought his book 'Timing the RE market'. He even sent me a couple of his newletters and update of his book last year.. Not only does he seem to be real nice down to earth guy but I respect him for having both the practical real world experience in RE and being a true academic scholar on real estate trends which I find to be a rare combination as this latest housing cycle ends..
