Even in Texas you can get a great house

You keep harping on Texas Vosilla - i saw on TV today parts of texas doing rolling black outs, now I have backup power that lasts several hours for my hive of computers (have to in fla with storms always knocking out the power) - but I am certain most people didn't hire the electricians to run a few extra 220V plugs for the big backup devices.

Now you are in the middle of putting your short in for Corus, the rolling black out hits - your CNBC goes off, your computer goes off, your news feeds go off and your 12 monitors sit dark, your Interactive Brokers order is sitting in limbo with no stops - what do you do?

How many hours of backup do you have?

I've stayed there... it is nice in Coeur-d-Alene. Sand Point, ID is another good location.
