Then why hasn't Bush behaved like you suggest? The target all along was Saddam and a permanent military base(s) in the MidEast (for oil reasons); OBL just helped for Bush to make his move. Unfortunately, we poor-folk Americans and the poor Iraqis have become victimized by the Bush-Cheney geopolitc strategy. OBL was a blessing for Bush for he gave Bush what Bush wanted!

If we are looking for a place to use nukes effectively perhaps the tribal areas? Either we go in and get him or blow it all up and get him.
