I agree, Dick, but any suitor will need a clean set of books before they can finalize an offer. That won't happen until after the investigation.

Was lucky and sold a couple weeks ago. Just picked some up after hours $2.33. Cleaning out corrupt management is a positive. Just hoping they did not cook the books.

Agree on that one.
Crazy Lou had this idea of 6-9 or more for a buy out commanding a x3-5 premium.

I could mention a couple of hungry buyers besides AMCC. Easily still see 4-5 for a buy out.
