Gary; [RBM.V] [RPBIF] according to message board on Stockwatch, somebody trying to steal some cheap shares, has started a rumor of a reverse split. As for myself, I was trying to get some cash together to get some bargain shares. Other rumors, which would seem more logical, considering the officers they picked up from IDBE, speak of strategic new alliances, possibly with GSK(Who bought IDBE), or with another major player, brought to the table by the new board members.
