I think it's funny (in a cynical, not a charming way) that supposedly rational adults would actually think they're dealing with people who don't want global war. It's absurd to think that the people who lied about Iraq in order to topple a government and who lie about Medicare and Bankruptcy and BigOil and the such have a single, solitary stray moral thought about the terrible effects of war...on anyone. I think it's absurd and ridiculous and foolish and childish and outright stupid for anyone to think that this is about preventing a future threat to anything. Too many people keep trying to play cleanly, with a full deck while the other side just does whatever it dang well pleases regardless of the costs to anyone or anything. When are we going to figure this out? When are these guys going to figure this out? When are these guys going to figure out that playing by the rules is a losing proposition? The world has indeed changed. It's become insane.
