Clinical Data Announces Termination of Rule 10b5-1 Pre-Arranged Stock Sales Plan Dr. Stein stated, "After thirty years as a significant equity holder, I had put this plan in place for the first time in order to diversify my holdings. It is now my impression that the shares are undervalued, and I have therefore elected to cancel further sales under the plan." .................. That strikes me as goofy, a waste of PR, a distraction. If your company has net tangible assets of a mere $5.6M why would you draw attention to your valuation. Maybe the company is wildly overvalued! finance.yahoo.com That said, I am easily bewildered by enterprise value and the intangibles.
