Upon reading this for the third time I have decided that it is an overly generous appraisal of the Shrub. Unless I missed it, it fails to take into account the environment, climate change, the lack of response to the energy situation, and the fact that these clowns have broken the army.

Is the Head Dubyette that much of a child that he has to be constantly stroked in this manner?
