LOS ANGELES - A woman is in stable condition with bubonic plague, the first confirmed human case in Los Angeles County since 1984, health officials said Tuesday One of the other benefits of having a large illegal population is the outbreak of diseases that have become uncommon in the US. Not saying that this is one of them but outbreaks of uncommon diseases did occur from time to time when I lived in LA and frequently were attributed to the illegal population.......rightly or wrongly.
