No. I said "the modern American corporation is a unit of socialism". The whole point was they're overtly capitalist but inadvertently socialist, i.e., a unit of socialism. You must have missed the post #8067.

I expressd some doubt about the truthfulness of this as a statement about SBUX.

The fact that they're making ever greater social expenditures shows that inadvertently socialist is becoming evident even to them. The claim has been that this is necessary to attract the better employees, but now it has become a state certified right. Proof: Romney's Massachusetts.

They're shooting for 30000 stores worldwide and haven't finished expanding in the US. They have to retain as many decent employees as possible.

Health care is a bad drug that everyone thinks they need. It's tyranny and it's worthless.
