Well...we might need a guest slave program. Bush calls it "guest worker", but essentially it would be guest slave.

Being a "slave" in the U.S. would pay a lot better than being a free man in an impoverished Central or South American country so I think it would be a popular program. People would be lining up by the 100 thousands to participate.
