Frank, I just saw it as a restatement of The Tragedy of The Commons, discussed here long ago.

In the ISM bands, but at 2.4 GHz particularly. Extending the range of Bluetooth and wireless USB (UWB) will incrementally load spectrum even more than WiFi itself.

I guess the point (such as it is) is that what we talked about a few years ago is beginning to arrive. Not to overstate the case, in some dense environments we should expect to see performance degradation in wireless using unlicensed bands.

Well, they were warned! ;)
