immigration will not come and get them. they do not have jails to hold them. some police have been told by city politians not to arrest them. if you do arrest and give get them a court appearance judge releases them and they never show up again. the system is broke. needs lots of money to positions and capital to build up a system to support arresting and transfer of illegals back to their country. Anyone can over stay a visa without penalty ,work here for a few years go home and come back at will. never a problem.
