EDS partners including Dell Inc., Microsoft Corp., Cisco Systems Inc. and EMC Corp. will play a key role in providing hardware and software to Kraft.

About 670 Kraft employees worldwide will move to EDS.

Separately, Kraft, of Northfield, Ill., said it will record unspecified asset impairment and implementation costs related to the transaction, which are part of its previously announced restructuring program.
