What a dreadful experience...the happiest place on the planet disappoints! Did you go to the new Twilight Zone attraction? Mostly I've ended up in Disneyland in December - and that seems to be a great time to go, fewer crowds and no rides out of commission. One December, 20 years ago, I went with my sis and her kids, and it was a hoot. She's kind of a wuss when it comes to rides, so I found myself standing around with her while the kids went on Space Mountain, for instance. That's when I noticed sinister goings on in Disneyland. Guys in trenchcoats with walkie talkies - probably looking for crying children to dispose of. Seriously. A crying little girl - maybe lost - was there one minute, and when we turned around, she was gone. We were only half serious discovering questionable activities and laughing about them, but just two weeks later, synchronicity - I read a big expose in the SF Chronicle about UNderground Disneyland. The really fun place is actually very strange indeed.
